Use of the site
This site provides information about our remodeling and construction services, free resources such as our pricing guide and design tools, and forms for requesting an estimate. You agree to submit accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Estimates and pricing information
Price ranges published in our pricing guide are informational and reflect typical full-scope South Bay projects. They are not a quote for your project. Binding pricing is provided only in a written estimate prepared after a site visit.
Communications and SMS terms
When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Golden State Construction about your request. Message frequency varies. Our privacy practices, including for mobile information, are described in the Privacy Policy.
Referral program
Referral rewards are paid as described on the referral page: a $25 gift card after we complete the referred friend's in-home estimate, and $100 if their project moves forward with us. Referrals must be genuine homeowners in our service area, and we may decline rewards for self-referrals or fraudulent submissions.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, photography of our projects, and design tools, belongs to Golden State Construction and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its free tools are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden State Construction is not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under a signed construction contract with us or under California law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
